ATQ5 is a non-profit organization, under Quebec law. It is set up to support the TQ5 television project by financing and funding its programs which are:

• Educational programs
• Youth and kids programs
• Programs that support and promote Science
• Programs that support and promote our language and culture
• Programs and projects that promote women’s emancipation
• Raise public awareness on Youth education and women issues
• Organize events and other common interest gatherings
• Organize fund raising events
• Encourage and support quality programs in line with TQ5 mission
